In a state where justice reigns supreme there is no one who is above the law. No one who can break any rules without having to pay for it. In a civilized society it is made a point to show that be it rich or poor, young or old, educated or uneducated, everyone has to abide by the same rules. There are no exceptions and no ifs and buts when it comes to discipline and respect of authority. But what is to happen when your own President is involved in parking his car illegally not ONCE not TWICE but THRICE?

Yesterday it was witnessed that the President of Iceland’s car was found parked illegally again which makes it the third time in the past nine months. The President’s car was found parked illegally outside pizzeria Eldsmiðjan and was witnessed by a journalist in the area who took a snap shot and uploaded it on Instagram. This is not the first time this has occurred. The car was found parked illegally on the sidewalk at University of Iceland last May and then again infront of a primary school blocking the way of other cars who were waiting in line to legally park their cars in their spots. What is to be said of the justice system of the country where the President can get away with minor over ruling of the justice system just because he can.
